Moveable Feasts was established with the sole purpose of being a one stop shop for all your catering requirements. It has since grown significantly in size through repeat customers and new ventures.

Stu’s vast experience over the past 25 years has enabled him to have a great understanding of the requirements for more logistically challenging events. He has worked on many large scale and technically difficult remote events. For example the last four Warbirds Over Wanaka, The New Zealand Golf at Paraparaumu featuring the legendary Tiger Woods and the Royal New Zealand Agricultural Show for the last six years. Stu is currently working on several major events for 2010-2011 working behind the scenes to ensure a successful event for the client and guests.

When you first contact Moveable Feasts you will speak with Pip about your plans and expectations. Pip comes to us with ten years hospitality experience in the South Island. Her specialist areas are weddings, corporate events and large scale events. As Manager, Pip’s role is to help in the planning of every aspect of your event from the beginning to the end. Her organisational skills assure you of a very successful and memorable occasion.

Tina has recently joined our team from an extensive background in human resources/sales/recruitment and recently the hospitality industry. Tina's experience will enable  Moveable Feasts to diversify,develop and market our brand, exploring new avenues.
 
Nigel Fenton-Lee
Head Chef
 
Nigel has 20 years experience as a Chef; including Trudy’s Kitchen in London. He has held various Head Chef positions’s in New Zealand and brings a wealth of innovative skills to Moveable Feasts. Nigel has worked in many different environments which is essential to the many varied styles of events we do. As Head Chef at Mona Vale for two years he catered for an average of three weddings each weekend as well as overseeing and running the fast paced restaurant and catering for many large tour groups that passed through. Nigel has an extensive resume which includes a stint in the Hayman Islands in Australia which boasted many Beef and Lamb Awards. He was also a 2006 entrant in the Monteiths Wild Food Festival.
