Based next to the airport we now seek a professional career minded leader to join our team and experience further growth. Working within the team, your role will have strong emphasis on food design for function catering of gala dinners, weddings, corporate events and much more.
Vital to this position is the following:
- 5 years experience minimum in the restaurant or catering industry
- Understanding of food & wage costs
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues & clients
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work within a team
- Be creative & assist in menu design and implementation for both brands
- Intermediate IT skills
Upper quartile remuneration package for the successful applicant

Function Organisers
Part time positions available from September 2011 for experienced hospitality and function organisers ,with a background in organising /running staff and may be running small to large varied functions or restaurants.Training in our style and methods will be provided plus a staff uniform.Applicants with a Managers Certificate ideal. The ability to work evenings and weekends is required in summer so the applicant must have a clean full drivers license.Competitve hourly rate offered to the right applicant.

Wait Staff
Required for our busy summer season from October to March. Part time mostly evening hours & week days and weekends and often at interesting locations from marquee weddings to conferences banquet dinners. Some experience necessary and a full drivers license would be required as a lot of our functions are on the outskirts of Christchurch.
